RETURN INSTRUCTIONS & POLICIES

RUG RETURNS
We realize it’s hard to judge a rug on a screen and we stand by our love for each piece. If the rug arrives and isn’t what you expected, notify us within 24 hours via email with your return request. For the integrity and safety of these rugs, many of which are over 100 years old, we aren’t able to allow folks to “try out” rugs for longer than 24 hours.

Buyer pays return shipping and once the rug is returned and inspected we will issue a refund minus 5% restocking fee. 

Please note we do not accept returns on international rug orders.

SHOE/APPAREL/BAG RETURNS
We will accept return requests on unworn & unused apparel, shoe or bags for 7 days after delivery. Reach out and let us know you’d like to return a piece or swap out a size.

Refunds will be processed minus our shipping costs
