Condition: one of the best rugs we've found in a long time. Well worn, wear in  some places down to foudation but no holes. Solid sturdy soft piece, a 3 small dark spots from furniture visible in detail photos (hard to find on the piece). Some mild fraying on edges, easily one of the Top 10 rugs in our collection.
